Responsibilities and Achievements:
2005/7~2006/12Buyer & Material Controllerchi straightener
1. Review and upload the weekly forecasts in SAP system, run MRP, then share the components forecast with suppliers for their stock building or raw materials preparing.
2. Release orders basing on latest forecast and L/T. Reschedule the backlog promptly by strict following the fluctuation of customer’s forecast. Detect potential shortage and highlight it to customer for help.
3. Request for quotations according to EMS policy and follow-up each quotation with the suppliers to make sure all suppliers follow contract prices.
4. Involved in the new project introduction (NPI) phase, co work with R&D team to acquire components timely.
5. Establish and maintain well relationship with customer and key suppliers to ensure that relevant information is shared and acted upon promptly.
6. Monitor each deliveries to avoid any delayed shipment, push the ones involved to solve when the past dues breakout and expedite to keep production.
7. Promptly resolve suppliers’ quality issues, returning & push suppliers to issue Credit Note and Debit Note due to price issue or returns in time.
8. Cooperate with Accounting, FNA for suppliers' payment in right time and amount.
9. Arrange regular face-to-face business reviews or conference calls with all key suppliers to discuss order confirmation, resolve supply issues.chi straighteners

10. Be involved in Centralized Procurement & Logistics project of SEMC from very start and to be main contact window till mid of 2007.Know well with CPL standard operation procedure.
